As a Sales Development Manager, you'll be responsible for managing, coaching and developing the SDR team. You will work cross-functionally with different teams (sales, marketing, and product) to increase sales productivity at each step of the buying process. Ideally, you're genuinely interested in coaching individuals to reach their full potential, motivated to hit monthly and quarterly team goals. You have a deep understanding of sales processes, sales systems and tools, and experience within the SaaS space.

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is a key function of Cavelo’s demand generation activities lead by the Marketing team. SDRs create and develop business opportunities, represent Cavelo at industry events, and provide important internal insight about our potential customer base.
