An MSP can purchase seats in bulk and distribute them as they see fit to their customer base. In this case the MSP “owns” the seats and is the only party able to seek support from Cavelo.
VAR Reseller
Traditional resale of seats/endpoints through to the end customer where the reseller controls the margins and the customer relationship.
Referral Partner
The partner creates an introduction for Cavelo to the end customer. The relationship is direct between Cavelo and the customer, and the partner gets a percent of the top line from the sale. The customer can seek support directly from Cavelo.
